Welcome to AudioConverter.co, your go-to solution for online audio processing. We believe that converting media files shouldn't be complicated, expensive, or require installing heavy software. When you press Convert, your file is uploaded over an encrypted HTTPS connection and placed in a queue. A worker on our servers converts it with FFmpeg, the open-source media toolkit used by most video and audio software. Your browser checks progress and shows a Download button when the new file is ready. Short audio files usually take a few seconds; long recordings and videos take longer.
If the upload is a video, only its audio is kept. Lossy formats are written with fixed, high-quality settings so there is nothing to configure:
